Chapters Viewpoint is proud to share the cooking of New Mexico. We import chile pods from the Rio Grande Valley to ensure an authentic taste and flavor.
All New Mexican entrees include beans, rice and sopaipillas (a puffy bread that is a New Mexican tradition) instead of a dinner roll.
HALF CHAPTER A chicken, sour cream and onion enchilada and a chile relleno.
STEAK RANCHERO An 8 ounce Certified Angus New York steak marinated in red chile sauce, charbroiled and topped with cheese. A favorite of our regular customers.
FIESTA CHICKEN Salsa marinated chicken breast, breaded and baked. Served with sliced avocado, sour cream, salsa, vegetables and Spanish rice.
CHAPTERS SPECIAL Two chicken, sour cream and onion enchiladas and two chile rellenos.
MEXICAN PLATE Crisp chicken taco, cheese and onion enchilada, and a chile relleno give you a flavor of New Mexican favorites.
