Choose one of the following: SEARED BC SALMON A boneless filet of BC salmon pan seared and topped with fresh fruit salsa. Served with brown and wild rice and fresh seasonal vegetables and dinner roll.
CHICKEN AND SPINACH IN FILO Tender breast of chicken, spinach and feta cheese wrapped in a filo pastry.Served with brown and wild rice and fresh seasonal vegetables and dinner roll. PRIME RIB A generous slice of slow-roasted succulent beef. Served with roasted new potatoes and fresh vegetables and dinner roll.
FIESTA CHICKEN Salsa marinated chicken breast, breaded and oven baked. Served with gacumole, sour cream, salsa, fresh seasonal vegetables and Spanish rice. Includes sopaipilla bread with honey butter.
