Perched on a hill above Kamloops, Chapters offers a great view over the city. The menu, which features steaks, prime rib, and classic Continental specialties, also has a marked New Mexican flavor. A local favorite is the Steak Ranchero, a red pepper-marinated New York strip that's grilled and served with a topping of cheese.

Chapters Viewpoint Restaurant, an award winning restaurant in Kamloops, is situated in a nook overlooking central Kamloops. The drop back of the mountains and skyline through the restaurant's glass wall is amazing, the view from your seats exhibiting a clear, unobstructed perspective of the mountains. Become enchanted as you watch the pink sunset transform into a city of sparkling lights against the blackness of the night.

Our Chapters' salad iis a mix of fresh greens and spinach, simply tossed with crunchy toasted almond slices and freshly shredded Jack cheese. Our famous dill dressing is creamy with a sly hint of dill. By itself, as a started or with our sopaipillas, our Chapter Salad is a local favorite.  Sopaipillas are a hot puffy bread which is a traditional Navajo New Mexican bread. Served steaming hot, the bread is slightly sweet. Spread on our honey butter and you have the sweetest treat that is always in demand. 

Our menu features a variety of different flavors.  We proudly serve Certified Angus Beef, fresh chicken breasts, and wild coho salmon.  Try our famous New Mexican food.  The chile pods used in all the dishes are imported directly from Rio Grande Valley to ensure an authentic taste and flavor.

Chapters Viewpoint Restaurant & Catering is a full facility.  We have our dinning room, a banquet room with an excellent view of the city, a covered patio and a grassy area that is fully licenced and we provide off-premise catering for weddings, birthdays, office parties and conferences.  We accomodate various budgets and party sizes.  We will make any occassion a special occassion.
